Filter Middles by MAX value

New filter for Middles values was added. You can now get arbitrages only for Middles that are with a MAX type values. There are two ways to achieve it.

The first way is to switch on the filter for MAX values. Then the Arbs filter for "Min Value" will be disabled. The second way of getting only MAX Middles type without switching on the MAX values filter is to set 999 as "Min Value" /screenshot 2/.

Filtered MAX Middles value could be saved for logged in users.
